Cancellation & Refund Policy: If the customer cancels before taking possession of the vehicle, a cancellation fee of 5% (maximum $1,500) may be retained. Remaining funds will be refunded within 14 business days.
If a customer chooses to cancel a vehicle purchase before taking possession of the vehicle, Mill Ave Auto Group LLC may retain a cancellation fee equal to five percent (5%) of the total purchase price, not to exceed $1,500. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs, lost marketing opportunities, and time associated with removing the vehicle from active inventory.
Any remaining funds paid by the customer, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee, will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days using the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by law.
This policy applies only to transactions in which the customer has not taken physical possession of the vehicle. Once possession has occurred, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
By submitting a deposit or payment toward a vehicle purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
